These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Witteveen Men's Shop (KvK: 09078355). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders and Contract: By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or reject the order.
2. Prices and Payments: All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through the available payment methods.
3. Shipping: We ship orders via PostNL. Delivery times are indicative and may vary based on the destination.
4. Returns: You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unused and in its original condition.
5. Return Costs: Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
6. Refunds: After receiving the returned product, we will process the refund within 14 days to the original payment method.
7. Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
